Dear Adventurer,
The vibrant season of Pride is upon us once again, and we are excited to announce a special event in Old School RuneScape (OSRS) to celebrate diversity, inclusion, and love!
Event Details
Starting on June 1st, 2024, and running until June 30th, 2024, players will be able to participate in a series of festivities spread across Gielinor. Join us as we honor the LGBTQ+ community with unforgettable events, challenges, and exclusive rewards!
Locations
This year’s event will take place in famous locations such as:
- Varrock Square: The heart of Gielinor fills with colorful banners and parades. NPCs dressed in vibrant attire will roam the streets, inviting players to join the festivities.
- Falador Park: Relax under the shade of the trees while enjoying performers showcasing their talents. Participate in mini-games and enjoy live music!
- Ardougne Cloister: A sacred place for reflection and acceptance, where players can learn about LGBTQ+ history and the importance of pride.
Activities
Throughout the event, there will be numerous activities to engage with:
- Rainbow Quest: Embark on a special quest that takes you on a journey to discover and celebrate the diversity within Gielinor. Complete challenges and puzzles to unlock unique items!
- Pride Parades: Join in the procession that traverses the major cities of Gielinor. Make sure to wear your most colorful outfits, and showcase your pride!
- Charitable Donations: Contribute in-game items to support real-world LGBTQ+ charity organizations. Players can donate specific items and receive special in-game recognition.
Exclusive Rewards
Participating in the event will grant you access to exclusive items:
- Pride Cape: A stunning cape adorned with the colors of the rainbow, available only for those who complete the Rainbow Quest.
- Colorful Accessories: Collect various cosmetic items such as rainbow hats and necklaces that reflect the spirit of Pride.
- Pride Emote: Unlock a unique emote that allows your character to show off their pride with a stylish dance!
