Herb: Harralander
Harralander is a commonly found herb in Old School RuneScape (OSRS) known for its vibrant appearance and valuable uses in potion-making. It is characterized by its bright green leaves and small white flowers. This herb can be grown in your very own herb patches or harvested from various locations around Gielinor.
To obtain Harralander seeds, players can purchase them from other players, find them as loot from farming monsters, or purchase them from the Grand Exchange. Once you have the seeds, you can plant them in a herb patch after leveling up your Farming skill to level 20.
Harralander can be harvested after about 80 minutes of growth, and each patch yields one to five Harralander herbs. The herb patch will display a growth indicator, and during the growth process, if the patch is not properly maintained, there is the risk of disease which can reduce or negate your yield.
In addition to farming, Harralander can also be found in the wild. Players may encounter this herb in various locations, including:
- Near the Taverley Dungeon
- In the swampy areas of Morytania
- Close to the tree gnome stronghold
- Along the path from Falador to the Wizard’s Tower
Once collected, players can use Harralander to create various potions at an apothecary’s table or with a vial of water. The most notable potions include:
- Strength Potion: provides a boost to Strength when consumed.
- Restore Potion: replenishes a player’s points in prayer and special attacks.
