Gorilla
The Gorilla is a non-player character (NPC) found in the jungles of Gielinor, specifically in the Karamja area. They are aggressive and primarily attack the player on sight. Their appearance resembles a large, muscular primate, covered in dark fur.
Combat
Gorillas display aggressive combat behavior and can be encountered at various combat levels. They are classified as level 76, making them a moderate threat for low-level players. Gorillas have a high damage output, and it’s recommended to approach them with caution.
Drops
Upon defeat, Gorillas may drop a variety of items, including:
- Coins
- Monkey bones
- Monkey grigri (when using certain quests)
- Gorilla pet (rare drop)
Locations
Gorillas can primarily be found in the following locations:
- Jungle area to the north of the Karamja Volcano
- Inside the Monkey Madness II caves
Behaviour
Gorillas exhibit pack behavior; they may call other Gorillas to assist if one is engaged in combat. Furthermore, they can deal damage with melee attacks, making it essential for players to have adequate armor and health supplies when engaging them.
