The Blood Altar is located in the Sanguine Depths of the Kingdom of Great Kourend, accessible through the Blood Venetis, northeast of the town of the same name.
As you approach the Blood Altar, you are greeted by an eerie ambiance, with a blood-red hue illuminating the surroundings. The altar itself is a striking structure, composed of dark stone with a bloodstained motif, symbolizing its sinister purpose.
