Agitated bees

The Agitated Bees are a hostile non-player character (NPC) found in various locations throughout the world of Gielinor, primarily in the vicinity of the Wilderness and Taverley. These creatures are recognizable by their distinct yellow and black coloration and their relentless nature when provoked.

Players can encounter Agitated Bees when approaching their hives, typically located in the wooded areas near Taverley or around the Wildy. The Agitated Bees are highly aggressive and will attack players who come too close to their hive, making them a common nuisance for adventurers in the area.

Combat Stats:

When attacking, the Agitated Bees exhibit erratic movement patterns, making them slightly difficult to hit. Their primary method of dealing damage is through their melee stinging attacks, which can inflict up to 4 damage. While their combat stats are relatively low, players should be cautious, as multiple Agitated Bees can swarm and overwhelm an unprepared player.

Drops:

Upon defeat, Agitated Bees have a variety of potential loot that players may collect:

  • Beehive: Players can acquire this item to use in crafting activities.
  • Honey: Useful for cooking and can be utilized in various quests.
  • Bee Stings: Can be used in potions or other crafting items.
  • Beeswax: An ingredient used for crafting items and quests.

Behavior:

Agitated Bees are constantly active and will chase players who intrude into their territory. They can notice players from a distance, so stealthy approaches are advised if a player wishes to avoid combat. Their aggression lasts until the player moves far enough away or successfully defeats them.

Location:

Common locations for Agitated Bees include:

  • Near Taverley, close to various flower patches.
  • In the Wilderness, particularly near the nature-related quests.

Players looking to gather resources from the land should take care when traversing areas inhabited by Agitated Bees, as their aggressive disposition can disrupt otherwise peaceful foraging activities. A keen eye and a strategic plan can ensure successful navigation through their territories.
