Hellcat

The Hellcat is a unique and iconic non-player character (NPC) in Old School RuneScape (OSRS), known for its association with the summoning of feline companions. It represents the peak of feline companions that players can obtain, specifically through training their Cat to transform into a Hellcat during the questline and subsequent activities.

Appearance

The Hellcat has a distinct appearance characterized by its fiery red-orange fur, resembling a combination of a standard cat and elements reminiscent of fire or hellish creatures. Its eyes glow with an eerie yellow hue, exuding an aura of mischief and power. The Hellcat stands out among other cats due to this unique coloration and its slightly more aggressive demeanor.

How to Obtain

To acquire a Hellcat, players must first complete the “Icthlarin’s Little Helper” quest. Initially, players can obtain a Cat by completing the quest “The Cat” and subsequently feeding it Fish to train it by catching mice and other small prey. Once the player’s Cat reaches full maturity and they upgrade its status by feeding it a specific type of fish called the Raw sardine, it can then transform into a Hellcat.
